Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Bathroom vanity success
Amazing vanity for our bathroom remodel. Arrived well packaged and easy to install. We changed out the handles to chrome to go with our new fixtures. Communication during the shipping process was top notch. The easy close drawers are also nice. Great experience and product.

Abysmal shipping, customer service is even worse
I ordered this 49 inch Hepburn vanity. It looked nice,, but i can't say for sure...It was shipped from Long Beach, CA to Tucson, AZ and made a stop in Pennsylvania and then Rhode Island prior to I arriving in AZ. After 3 weeks and a 5600 mile journey the vanity was delivered to the wrong address where it apparently disappeared.
I called Atlas International Customer Service, and a week later they confirmed the vanity was not delivered to me. I was asked if I'd like to order another,, but i asked for a refund. A few days later they stated the finance department had issued a refund to my credit card. After waiting a few days, No refund awas received. I made multiple calls and emails to Atlas. This resulted in two more weeks of wasted time and no resolution. I asked twice to talk to a manager or supervisor, and was told they were busy but would call me back. I am sure the reader will be surprised when I say no one called.
I filed a dispute with my credit card companyand several weeks later I was notified they had resolved this issue with Atlas International.
I ordered a NON atlas vanity at a major home improvement company. It was delivered to my house in 5 days from order to delivery to my front door.
Avoid direct orders with this company. Deal with a major retailer, and avoid the weeks of frustrating croos country Shipping and the inept Customer Service used by Atlas International.
