I am very pleased with the quick responses. I wanted to have everything up and installed before the holidays. And Crystal was going to make that happen. I will be letting my friends and family know what kind of service I was getting and hopefully they will want to make arrangements for there bathrooms. Great job!

The vanity I purchased is beautiful and of high quality materials and craftsmanship. I noticed a minor defect on one of the drawer face plates and called the company right away. Ariel Bath / Atlas International has proven to be very responsive to resolving problems and answering questions. Thus far, I've been impressed and recommend the product and the company.

Crystal and Roi know the definition of customer service. I needed a different finish on bath vanity hardware they were both wonderful. I will be ordering from them again.

I had been looking for over a month to find the right vanity for our guest bathroom, this one was a bit out of my price range but I decided to go for it because of all the great reviews and couldn't pass up the sale price. I ordered the 37" x 22" x 36" Hepburn Vanity with the Pure White Quartz Top and thanks to the reviews on Home Depot discovered that even though the vanity comes with black hardware installed I could request the nickel hardware at no cost. I emailed support@atlasusa.zendesk.com and received a prompt response from Justine Chavez. The hardware arrived very quickly and the vanity arrived as scheduled. It was delivered on a pallet, in immaculate condition. Vanity and counter top are perfect. This is a solid piece of cabinetry and the customer service is amazing.
